Business Portal

The Business Portal shows entrepreneurs which permits they will need, how much the permits will cost, and who will need to be on their team. When they're ready to move forward, they can submit their applications online, and print the permits once they've been issued. The Business Portal aims to answer the following questions for prospective business owners:

While these questions can usually be answered at the department level, cities often lack a tool to provide a unified overview of the process. OpenCounter takes the guess-work out of the process by calculating requirements dynamically as applicants enter information. City staff can analyze data through powerful dashboards and can export data in for further research.
